1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Chicken Road Gaming's services, including our website, computer gaming stations, board game collection, food services, and event spaces (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use our Services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Eligibility

Membership fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Monthly memberships automatically renew until canceled. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial periods.

Payment information must be accurate and complete. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for all fees incurred by your account. Prices are subject to change, but we will provide notice of any changes before they take effect for existing members.

4. Code of Conduct

Our goal is to provide a positive, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for all members and guests. You agree to:

• Treat all staff and other users with respect
• Refrain from harassing, threatening, or discriminatory behavior
• Not engage in cheating, hacking, or using unauthorized modifications in games
• Use equipment and facilities with care
• Comply with game rating restrictions
• Follow all posted rules and staff instructions

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove individuals from our premises for violations of our Code of Conduct.

5. Reservations and Cancellations

Reservations can be made through our website, mobile app, or by contacting our staff. Reservation policies vary by service (gaming stations, private rooms, events) and are specified at the time of booking.

Cancellation policies also vary by service. Generally, cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance receive a full refund or credit. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to partial or no refund, depending on the service. No-shows may result in forfeiture of the full reservation amount.

We reserve the right to cancel reservations due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or equivalent credit.

6. Personal Belongings and Equipment

Chicken Road Gaming is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought onto our premises. Lockers are provided for your convenience, but use is at your own risk.

You are responsible for any damage to our equipment or facilities caused by your negligence or misuse. Damage costs will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and charged to the responsible party.

Outside food and beverages are generally not permitted, with exceptions for medical requirements or special events with prior arrangement.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and premises, including logos, images, text, and designs, are the property of Chicken Road Gaming or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without express written permission.

Similarly, all games and software provided through our Services are licensed, not sold, to you by their respective owners. You agree to comply with all license terms applicable to the games and software you use.

8. Privacy

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chicken Road Gaming and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our Services
• Any conduct or content of other users or third parties
• Unauthorized access to or use of our servers and any personal information stored therein
• Interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services
• Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted through our Services

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Chicken Road Gaming during the six (6) month period preceding such claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Chicken Road Gaming and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state/province where the main Chicken Road Gaming facility is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
